How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of your business, the state of your books, and how much of the work you'd like handled. That's why we look first and quote after — you get the scope and the price in writing before anything starts.
Do you file my tax return?
We keep your books tax-ready and hand your CPA a clean year-end package, so filing season stops being a scramble. If you don't have a tax preparer yet, we can point you in the right direction.
My books are months behind. Is that a problem?
It's one of the most common ways clients arrive. Catch-up work is quoted separately by period, so you know the full cost upfront — and once you're current, monthly bookkeeping is what keeps you there.
What software do you work in?
QuickBooks Online. If you're on spreadsheets or another system, we'll help you move over — and every file and login stays in your name.
Do I have to be near San Ramon?
No. Everything runs over secure cloud tools, shared documents, and scheduled calls, so we work with clients wherever they are.
